Welcome to Hire Tempo Traveller, Lucknow. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before confirming your booking.
1. Booking Confirmation
- All bookings are subject to vehicle and driver availability.
- A booking is considered confirmed only after full payment or deposit (if applicable).
- Customers must provide accurate details at the time of booking, including pickup/drop locations, travel dates, number of passengers, and contact information.
2. Payment Terms
- Payments can be made via online payment gateways, UPI, card, or cash at pickup (if opted).
- Full payment may be required in advance for long-distance and outstation trips.
- We reserve the right to cancel bookings without confirmation if payment is not completed within the specified time.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
- Our Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all bookings.
- Customers must follow the cancellation procedures to ensure eligibility for refunds.
- No refunds are provided for no-shows or cancellations after the journey has started.
4. Travel & Passenger Guidelines
- Passengers are requested to carry valid identification during travel.
- Maximum seating capacity of vehicles must be adhered to for safety.
- Customers are responsible for personal belongings; Hire Tempo Traveller, Lucknow is not liable for lost items.
- Smoking, alcohol consumption, or illegal activities in the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
5. Delays & Rescheduling
- While we strive for punctuality, traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.
- Customers will be notified in case of vehicle or driver changes.
- Rescheduling requests should be made at least 12 hours before pickup, subject to vehicle availability.
6. Safety & Liability
- Vehicles are regularly maintained and drivers are experienced and trained in safety protocols.
- Hire Tempo Traveller, Lucknow is not liable for accidents caused by negligence or non-compliance with safety rules by passengers.
- Emergency support is available 24/7, and customers must immediately report any incidents to the driver or support team.
7. Outstation & Long-Distance Trips
- For outstation trips, the customer must confirm the itinerary, stops, and return schedule.
- Additional charges may apply for extra kilometers, waiting time, tolls, or parking fees.
8. Modifications & Special Requests
- Requests for vehicle type, pickup/drop locations, or travel time changes are accepted based on availability.
- Special requirements such as child seats, extra luggage space, or amenities should be mentioned at the time of booking.
9. Governing Law
- All bookings and services are governed by Indian laws, and disputes will be addressed by Lucknow jurisdiction courts.
10. Acceptance of Terms
- By booking with Hire Tempo Traveller, Lucknow, you agree to all the terms and conditions stated above.
